Everton have announced a pre-season friendly against Manchester United at Old Trafford on Saturday, August 7.
The match, which will kick off at 5pm BST, will be Everton’s final game before they kick off the Premier League season at home to Southampton the following weekend.
This is the third pre-season friendly Everton have announced so far, after they revealed they will play two games in Orlando against Millionarios and either Arsenal or Inter Milan in the Florida Cup in late July.
Current COVID-19 guidelines mean that tickets for the United friendly will be initially only be available to a limited number of home fans, but a restricted number of Everton fans will also be able to attend if restrictions are eased as expected on July 19.
Everton will announce further information concerning ticket details on their official website in due course.
The Blues, who have yet to replace Carlo Ancelotti as manager three weeks on from his decision to leave Goodison Park to return to Real Madrid, drew 3-3 at Old Trafford last season in February.
