Everton’s 2021-22 Premier League season schedule is out, and the Blues have a reasonable start to the campaign. [RBM]

Everton’s search for their next manager continues, with daily updates continuing to push one candidate or another ahead only to change their minds their next day.

Rafa Benitez has apparently been offered the Toffees manager position according to TalkSport’s Jim White, who claims to have connections with majority shareowner Farhad Moshiri.

Spanish football analyst Guillem Balague claims that Benitez would be a ‘perfect’ appointment.

However, Blues insider Alan Myers poured cold water on this chatter that Rafa was close to being announced.

Apparently though Roberto Martinez is still in the running for the job with the former Blues manager being backed by Bill Kenwright and Marcel Brands. [ESPN FC]

Everton are looking for an experienced backup for Jordan Pickford with Robin Olsen returning to AS Roma, and Barcelona’s Neto is in the mix. [Inside Futbol]

What To Watch

In today’s games at the Euros, Ukraine play North Macedonia, then Denmark take on Belgium and finally the Netherlands go up against Austria.

Richarlison’s Brazil will be in action tonight at the Copa America, taking on Peru.
