The Blues will visit Villa, who they hosted in the Premier League last weekend, on Thursday, May 13, four days after their trip to West Ham United.
The Villa away game will get underway at 6pm BST / 1pm EST, to be shown live in the UK on Sky Sports.
Everton’s next game, which sees them host relegated Sheffield United, has also been switched to Sunday, May 16, kicking off at 7pm BST / 2pm EST.
BT Sport will televise the clash with the Blades at Goodison Park in the UK.
Everton’s final home match of the season against Wolverhampton Wanderers will now take place on either May 19 at 6pm BST (1pm EST), with 10,000 home fans hopefully in attendance at Goodison.
The British Government will further ease lockdown restrictions on Monday, May 17, allowing up to 10,000 spectators at sporting events. A ticket ballot in currently open until 12pm (BST) on Friday 7 May for Season Ticket Members to register.
Carlo Ancelotti’s men then wrap up the 2020-21 season away at champions-elect Manchester City on Sunday, May 23. Reports on Friday suggested that up to 500 away fans will also be allowed in Premier League stadia for the final two rounds of fixtures.
