The new manager has come in and he sets up the team brilliantly. Of course, we were all disappointed by the result against West Ham on Sunday, but having his experience around the place is very important. He has that tactical detail. He picks up on minute things on how we are playing as a team, and on how individuals can improve. It’s constant learning for the players and he has that winning mentality.
