It was a perfect start to the season for Everton on Sunday, breaking their ‘big six’ hoodoo as they outplayed Tottenham in a 1-0 win in North London.
Geno and Matthew had the pleasure of dissecting the victory on SOS Radio this week, and were joined by RBM’s latest recruit, Ian Decker.
They later looked at another victory over Tottenham for the women’s team, who Ian will be leading RBM’s coverage of, as well as links with Chelsea’s Fikayo Tomori, and the news of Leighton Baines’ return to the club and David Unsworth’s promotion.
The guys also previewed Everton’s two games this week, starting with their EFL Cup second round clash with Salford City on Wednesday, followed by their first home league game of the new season against newly-promoted West Brom on Saturday.
