The Premier League fixtures that will be moved for television and European football commitments have been announced, with Everton seeing four of their games in August and September changed.
Everton against newly-promoted Aston Villa is the most played fixture in the English league, and the Blues trip to Villa Park has been moved to an 8pm kickoff on Friday 23rd August from the 3pm scheduled start on Saturday 24th August. This game will be shown on Sky Sports.
The home game against Wolverhampton Wanderers, a clash of 8th versus 7th from last season will be played on Sunday 1st September now, moved from 3pm on Saturday 31st August. This will also be on Sky Sports.
The Blues trip south to visit AFC Bournemouth will also be a Sunday kickoff, now on 15th September at 2pm, also being moved from the Saturday 3pm slot and on Sky Sports.
Finally, champions Manchester City’s visit to Goodison Park will be a late kickoff, moved to Sunday 29th September with a 4:30pm kickoff on Sky Sports. If City have to play in the Champions League on the coming Tuesday though, then the game will move back to Saturday 28th September, but at 5:30pm instead.
It was also announced by the club that the 14th December clash against Manchester United will be moved likely to the Sunday as the Red Devils play in the Europa League on the Thursday preceding.
