It’s back to Finch Farm for the bulk of Everton players as the Blues kick off the 2019-20 season today. Most of the players not involved in international action since the last season ended have reported to preseason training today, with the club releasing some pictures as the players filed in.
Spotted among the group are new permanent signings Jonas Lössl and Andre Gomes. The former Huddersfield Town goalkeeper joins the Blues now that he is a free agent with his previous contract expired, while the midfielder signed a permanent contract with the Blue a few days ago after completing his loan move from Barcelona.

Prominent faces among those returning are Theo Walcott, Tom Davies, James McCarthy, Mason Holgate, Morgan Schneiderlin and Joao Virginia, though Blues will be waiting with bated breath to see some other fringe players like Kevin Mirallas, Oumar Niasse, Sandro Ramirez and Muhamed Besic among others.

It does look like the players are wearing what will be the new training kit for the upcoming season, with the fluorescent green on blue outfits looking pretty eyecatching.
