Rumoured 20-year-old midfielder Santiago Sosa came off the bench in the 94th minute for Argentina U20s in their 5-4 penalty shootout loss to Mali U20s yesterday. While reports claim the promising youngster has already agreed terms with Everton, a work permit may stand in the way of the move, which Blues know far too well from Henry Onyekuru’s almost two-year-long saga.
