It will mean a reunion for former Toffee Davy Klaassen, who left Goodison Park for Bremen last summer after a forgettable one-year stay on Merseyside.
This is the second pre-season friendly announcement from Everton so far, having revealed they will travel to Kenya to play Kariobangi Sharks on Saturday, July 7.
Everton also announced they will be taking part in a European tournament over the weekend of July 27-28, with details to be confirmed later this week.
There is, as yet, no news on a pre-season fixture to be played at Goodison Park.
Meanwhile, Marco Silva’s side will receive the fixture list for the new Premier League season tomorrow (Thursday, June 13) morning at 9am BST.
