It’s been a week to forget for the majority of Everton’s 21 players out on loan, with no goals and few victories enjoyed between them.

Below we run through how everyone got on over the past week.

The Youngsters

Henry Onyekuru - Galatasaray

Came on for the final 14 minutes of Galatasaray’s 4-2 cup defeat to Hatayspor, but the Turkish giants progressed to the semis on aggregate anyway. He returned to the line-up for their disappointing 1-1 draw with struggling Erzurum.

Nikola Vlasic – CSKA Moscow

Finally back in action after the three-month winter break in Russia and he was probably CSKA’s best player, although his side lost 2-0 to Arsenal Tuna.

Antonee Robinson – Wigan Athletic

Working his way back to fitness following thigh surgery.

Beni Baningime – Wigan Athletic

No place in the Wigan squad for Beni as he looks to get match fit.

Callum Connolly – Bolton Wanderers

Connolly completed 90 minutes at left-back as Bolton had a real battle on their hands away at Swansea. The Trotters were reduced to 10-men in the first half, but it was until a second red card on 73 minutes saw the Bolton resistance collapse as they conceded two goals in the final 10 minutes.

Joe Williams – Bolton Wanderers

Missed Bolton’s clash through injury. His side have really struggled in his absence and look very likely to go down.

Matthew Pennington – Ipswich Town

More of the same for the 24-year-old, a good personal performance but another 2-1 defeat for Ipswich who are rooted to the foot of the league.

Kieran Dowell – Sheffield United

After netting the winning goal against West Brom last week, Dowell kept his place for the goalless Sheffield derby, but was replaced on the hour mark after struggling to get a foothold in a physical game.

Mason Holgate – West Bromwich Albion

Played at right-back once again as the Baggies were crushed 4-0 by promotion rivals Leeds United.

Antony Evans – Blackpool

Was brought off just after hour mark in Blackpool’s 2-1 win at Accrington Stanley, which puts them back in the race for a play-off place.

Shayne Lavery - Falkirk

Wasn’t included in Falkirk’s squad for the 1-1 draw at Greenock Morton.

Joe Hilton – Marine

A fourth clean sheet in eight games in the seventh tier for the 19-year-old goalkeeper as Marine were held to a goalless draw by Stafford Rangers.

The Deadwood

Ashley WilliamsStoke City

Watched Stoke’s victory from the bench again.

Cuco Martina - Feyenoord

A mixed week for Feyenoord as they lost 3-0 in the cup to Ajax Amsterdam, before beating Emmen 4-0, with Martina in an unfamiliar centre-back position for both.

Luke Garbutt – Oxford United

Started in Oxford’s 2-1 win over Scunthorpe but was taken off on 59 minutes

Shani Tarashaj - Grasshopper

A rare appearance from the five-time Swiss international, as he came off the bench for the final 20 minutes of Grasshopper’s 3-1 home defeat to Luzern.

Kevin Mirallas - Fiorentina

Remains out injured for Fiorentina.

Mo Besic - Middlesbrough

Was taken off on 67 minutes during Boro’s goalless draw with Wigan.

Yannick Bolasie - Anderlecht

Helped Anderlecht to a 2-1 win over Lokeren, although he couldn’t continue his scoring streak.

Sandro Ramirez – Real Sociedad

Kept his place in the starting XI for Sociedad’s 2-0 home defeat to Atletico. Sandro got five shots off, but he’s still yet to score a league goal since May 2017.

Oumar Niasse – Cardiff City

Still yet to get off the mark for the Bluebirds whose poor run continued with a 2-0 defeat to Wolves. Niasse started but was removed for the final 15 minutes.
