Sandro Ramirez is unlikely to leave Everton before today’s transfer deadline - but could still leave the club before the end of the month.

The Echo is reporting that Everton are struggling to find an English club who will take Sandro on loan before tonight’s 5pm cut-off.

As a result Sandro would only be able to leave for a foreign club, with the transfer window for most European leagues closing on August 31.

Sandro started six of Everton’s seven pre-season friendlies but failed to score and doesn’t seem to have done enough to impress new manager Marco Silva.

As a result he is likely to join a long list of players who have been moved on by Silva and Marcel Brands this summer.

The 23-year-old is believed to favour a return to his native Spain, where he had a loan spell at Sevilla last season.

The Echo also believes there is some interest from France for Sandro, who has struggled to adapt to English football following his arrival from Malaga last summer.
