Friday’s Toffee Bites: Marco Silva provides injury update on new signings

Marco Silva held his pre-match press conference yesterday and he had some interesting things to say, especially around the new players the Blues signed this summer.

It might be another few weeks before we see Yerry Mina and Andre Gomes, not until the next international break actually. [RBM]

But then soon after Silva said that we saw pictures of Gomes taking part in training in a limited role. Erm, what?! [Daily Mail]

Meanwhile, the manager also reiterated that Ademola Lookman is still a part of his future plans for the Blues. [RBM]
