The Everton players filed back into Finch Farm early on Monday morning for the start of preseason training. All the the players except for the World Cup contingent showed up, including some surprise faces like Kevin Mirallas, Sandro Ramirez and Morgan Schneiderlin who are expected to leave the club this summer.

There are a number of youngsters practicing in that squad too, including Kieran Dowell, Antonee Robinson, Mateusz Hewelt and more Under-23s with Marco Silva taking a look at all the talent the Blues have to offer.

The first week back was an opportunity for the players to start bonding again, and it turns out Oumar Niasse and Tom Davies really really missed each other.

Also, Dominic Calvert-Lewin is the prankster of the group.

Here is the full video Everton released of the first week of preseason training, get a snack and settle in for twelve minutes.

In case you missed this video previously, here’s the physical training staff putting the players through their paces measuring their baseline fitness levels and showing off some of the new technology they have on hand.

On the second day, Silva got to spend some time with the team on the training pitch, as he introduced some on-the-ball work right away.
