Yesterday was a pretty simple day in terms of Everton news, with two items taking all the headlines.

  • Everton goalie Jordan Pickford continued to be feted for his heroics in England’s Round of 16 win over Colombia in a historic shootout.
  • Just about every aspect of the player’s background was analyzed by media, but here’s a fun look at his social media presence. [RBM]

The other main headline grabber was the transfer rumour linking Everton with Barcelona and Colombia’s World Cup star Yerry Mina.
