You’ll have to forgive Everton fans for getting impatient.

After last summer’s window saw the Toffees wrap up multiple deals in the first week of June, the 2018 summer window has been the complete opposite with the Toffees failing to wrap up any deals as of yesterday the 22nd.

Well Goodison lovers, fret no more, as it appears the Blues first deal of the window is officially happening.

This morning it has been reported by Sky Sports that Richarlison is currently undergoing his medical before his proposed move to Goodison.

The 21 year old Brazilian winger moved to Watford just last summer, but after an incredibly impressive kick off to his debut season sees himself having earned a move to Everton.

Toffees fans will hope that all of the paperwork can get sorted quickly so that the sure-fire starter can get himself integrated into the squad, a process that will be greatly aided by his obviously positive relationship with current Everton boss, and the winger’s former boss at Watford, Marco Silva.

It will be interesting to see if Richarlison can show his form from early last campaign and stretch it out over the course of an entire season.

With the backing of the boss and an endless supply of talent there is no reason to think the Brazilian won’t be a crowd favorite at Goodison soon enough.
