Everton signed a ton of players last some summer. While they haven’t all lived up to their price tag, it feels fair to say that Davy Klaassen has been the biggest disappointment given his price tag and previous experience. Now, even the manager that brought him to England is dogging the midfielder.
Is Klaassen too soft for this league? Sure, maybe when he first got here, but surely the man had to adapt at some point in training or elsewhere. The season is nearly over and the Dutch playmaker has barely featured. There must be something else lacking beyond an inability to get used to tough tackles.
