All of the sudden, things just feel right in Everton’s world. Cenk Tosun may have solved the club’s striker woes. The fullback pairing of Seamus Coleman and Leighton Baines has restored the team’s danger down the wings. Theo Walcott has been a terrific January signing. And the boys seem to have a real shot at finishing seventh once again.

Stupid football! It always drags me back in no matter how much it has abused me. It’s the worst while also being the best. I hate/love it.
