England U21 manager Aidy Boothroyd has named his squad for the upcoming European qualifiers, in which the young Three Lions will play Romania and Ukraine. Much like the recent U20 World Cup, the roster is chock full of Evertonians.

Recalled this time are Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Mason Holgate, Jonjoe Kenny, Kieran Dowell, Tom Davies, and Ademola Lookman.

DCL, of course, scored the World Cup winning goal, while Kenny and Lookman were crucial components of the champions’ roster. Callum Connolly misses out this time after struggling in recent weeks for Ipswich Town.

The side’s first match (Romania) will be at the home of Wolverhampton Wanderers, and include a tribute to the recently passed Cyrille Regis.
