Jamie Vardy the Everton player. Something about that just doesn’t feel right, and it better never happen. Don’t get it wrong, Vardy is a great footballer. He has put together a remarkable career and fought against incredible odds to get to where he is today. But Everton just bought a striker in January and they have Dominic Calvert-Lewin waiting in the wings. It makes no sense to fork over so much cash for Vardy when the rest of the team needs so much improvement.
