Whenever Everton fail to win, especially this season, the Toffee media is filled with doom and gloom over the team’s prospects. So, let’s start off with some good news instead.

Pep Guardiola has been hit by the injury bug, starting with Manchester City’s talismanic midfielder David Silva, who will miss a few weeks. City only have 15 fit senior players for today’s Champions League game. [Irish Examiner]
