Henry Onyekuru has confirmed he is back at Finch Farm after his loan spell at Anderlecht was cut short through injury.
Onyekuru joined Everton for £7m from K.A.S. Eupen in the summer before being immediately loaned out to Anderlecht for the season.
The 20-year-old impressed for the Belgian side, scoring nine goals in 25 appearances in all competitions.
However, the Nigeria international suffered a knee injury playing against his former club last month.
Back at @Everton a little earlier than expected, I am so grateful for the facilities and the medical team working hard to get me back playing ASAP! The Lord is my strength pic.twitter.com/uxfdiEp54d

Anderlecht subsequently released a statement confirming that Onyekuru required surgery and would be out for several months.
As a result, Onyekuru finds himself back at Everton sooner than expected and now faces a race against time to be fit for the World Cup this summer.
