It sure sounds like Everton are quite close on securing Cenk Tosun. But if rumours are to be believed, the list of outgoing players is set to far surpass the amount of talent arriving at Goodison Park. That’s not necessarily a bad thing. There is a lot of waste at Finch Farm, and if Seamus Coleman and Ramiro Funes Mori can recover soon enough, then the Blues could be in good shape. Even still, an additional left back feels like a necessity. Luke Shaw, anyone?
