The Premier League hot stove is heating up slowly but surely. It’s sounding like Everton are confident in bringing Cenk Tosun on board sometime soon. It will be interesting to find out who exactly is behind the Toffees transfer business this winter. Is it Sam Allardyce despite the fact that he is unlikely to be the long-term manager? Is it Steve Walsh despite his summer failures? Or is Farhad Moshiri pulling all of the strings?
