And so begins the tear down of all that Everton built in the summer of 2017. Sandro Ramirez is headed back in Spain on a loan-to-buy deal with Sevilla. Honestly, that transfer helps all involved. Ramirez was a low risk, high reward signing. It just didn’t work out. Things happen. Which domino falls next will have a much larger impact.
