Starting XI - Pickford; Martina, Williams, Keane, Holgate; Schneiderlin, Davies; Bolasie, Rooney, Vlasic; Niasse

Subs: Robles, Jagielka, Lennon, McCarthy, Sigurdsson, Calvert-Lewin, Kenny

Manchester United

Starting XI - De Gea, Lindelof, Jones, Rojo, Shaw; Herrera, Matic, Pogba; Mata, Martial, Lingard

Subs: Romero, Blind, Darmian, Mkhitaryan, Smalling, Tuanzebe, Rashford

Final Verdict:

Everton put together the best first half of football we’ve seen from them this season, but the lack of a good striker killed the Blues as half-chances didn’t get turned into anything.

United sped away in the second half led by Pogba as they dominated the game for long periods, and capped off the 2-0 win two excellently-taken goals from Martial and Lingard.
