It’s going to be like two new Premier League-proven signings, but in November, not January!
In his pre-match press conference today, Everton manager Ronald Koeman spoke about two key players who have been out with long term injuries, but are on their way to regaining their places in the squad.
Yannick Bolasie and Seamus Coleman have both been training and seen with the squad, and when Koeman was asked about their progress today, he sounded optimistic about having the pair back in November.
“I think it will be November instead of October. They are both working hard, going in in the right direction, but these are long term injuries.”
“Yannick has been out for close to a year now. Seamus is out also a long time now.
“They are doing well, they are really going well on the schedule to come back. It is not up to me to say whether it will be October or November. Normally, we expect them back in full training in November.”
Bolasie has been posting pictures and video of his training regimen as he recovers from two surgeries to correct a cruciate ligament issue. Coleman has also been training at Finch Farm, with the Club posting pictures of the Irishman on the ball and working on physical drills as well.

The Blues could certainly use the offensive injection the two players will provide, with their hard running and direct attacking style certain to speed up Everton’s transition game.
Here’s hoping for a full recovery for both players!
