It’s nearly full time on the 2016-17 Premier League season. Everton will finish in seventh position in the table no matter what happens in the final two matches. Which means the focus has likely turned towards the summer and the decisions that will be made on who stays, who goes and how the Toffees will fair in the third round of the Europa League.

For the opposition, Watford, they technically haven’t clinched a spot in next season’s Premier League just yet, but they would need a disastrous collapse paired with some incredible play from those beneath them to have any chance of going down. The Hornets have been outscored 10-1 in their last five matches and now have rumors swirling about who will be their boss come next campaign.

The two sides met at Vicarage Road back in December when Everton blew a one-goal lead and eventually lost 3-2. Watford, however, has never won at Goodison Park.
