There has been no changes to Everton ’s injury situation since last weekend. Morgan Schneiderlin made his return to the centre of the park and has had no adverse reactions to playing the full ninety minutes against Leicester City last weekend.
His fellow midfielder Muhamed Besic is slowly making his way back to full fitness, but manager Ronald Koeman confirmed that he was at least a couple of weeks away. This was despite the Bosnia international putting in a solid shift for one half in the Everton Under-23s’ win over Tottenham earlier in the week.
Aaron Lennon is expected to still be out for another week while James McCarthy could be back some time in the first week of May with his hamstring issues. Ramiro Funes Mori, Yannick Bolasie and Seamus Coleman are all done for the rest of the season.
For Burnley, Steven Defour and Johann Gudmundsson are both doubtful and could face late fitness tests. Dean Marney and Kevin Long are long term absentees and not expected back before the end of the season.
