It’s been quite an up-and-down calendar year for Everton Football Club. But in the grand scheme of things, it still feels like the Toffees are headed in the right direction. The first team is talented albeit underwhelming. The club is building a solid defensive identity. And the youth system appears to be filled to the brim with talent. As always, the boys could be just a few key transfers away from making the big jump they have been hoping to take for years. Fingers crossed that it happens in 2018!
