Kieran Dowell has become an integral part of the Nottingham Forest team this season while on loan from Everton, and proved it again today. The Reds went behind early to a goal from Dowell’s fellow Blue loanee Callum Connolly, putting Ipswich Town up 1-0 in the seventh minute.
This freekick was straight from the training ground, as his wand of a left foot curled the ball over the wall into the bottom corner of the net.
Straight from the training ground....@Everton's loanee @kierandowell1 with a stunning free-kick for @NFFC against @Official_ITFC. Let us know out of 10 how good this free-kick is? #NFFC #ITFC

Dowell had previously scored an excellent hattrick for Forest just over a month ago, and his tally for the season is up to seven goals, with a further three assists in 23 games.
Forest would unfortunately go on to lose the game, despite clawing back to 2-2 before halftime. Two quick goals put Ipswich up ahead early in the second half and Connolly had a strong performance to hold on to the lead. Both player ended up picking up bookings as well.
