Everton are among a number of clubs being linked with a move for Leicester academy forward Josh Eppiah.

The Belgium U19 international has yet to make his senior debut for the Foxes but has impressed at youth level, including scoring the winner against Everton in the Premier League Cup last week.

It’s perhaps no surprise to see Everton linked with Leicester players given the presence of Steve Walsh and Craig Shakespeare at Goodison Park.

Shakespeare reportedly rates Eppiah highly and involved him in first-team training sessions when he was Leicester manager last season.

However, ESPN report the Toffees would face strong competition for the young striker - and that’s assuming Leicester would be willing to sell.

Fellow Premier League sides West Ham, Bournemouth and Stoke are also monitoring Eppiah, along with Championship teams Leeds and Wolves and Bundesliga outfit RB Leipzig.
