UPDATE: 1:15pm EST
Schneiderlin had a physical scheduled for earlier today, but had to postpone it as Everton and Manchester United continue to haggle over a transfer fee.
Midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin was set to have to have his Everton medical today at USM Finch Farm, according to the M.E.N. Journalist Samuel Luckhurst is a pretty reliable Manchester United source and reported that Schneiderlin is on his way, but later deleted his first tweet, but left the second one up.

However, an hour later the BBC reported that he was not on his way despite all the media reports.

The Frenchman is supposedly set to sign for the Toffees but the club are yet to agree a fee with Manchester United, even though the player agreed terms with the Blues over a month ago.
It is reported that Schneiderlin will not be signed in time for this weekend’s FA Cup fixture against Leicester City, but should be in the squad to face United’s rivals Manchester City next weekend.
Schneiderlin has been the subject of intense speculation this winter, with Everton and West Bromwich Albion fighting for his signature after it was confirmed by boss Jose Mourinho that the player had asked to leave Old Trafford.
With Ronald Koeman having managed the player at Southampton, the Dutchman made it one of his winter priorities and he is set to land his man.
If so, he will be Everton’s second signing of the window, with Ademola Lookman signing on Thursday in a £7.5m deal, rising to £11m with bonuses.
