“Dominic Calvert-Lewin is out and his ankle injury could keep him out for up to seven to eight weeks.

James McCarthy still isn’t in the team training. He may or may not be ready for the game against Manchester City next week.

Maarten Stekelenburg is still out. It was a dead leg and we probably expected to have him back in training a little bit sooner. Normally, he will start training with our goalkeeper coach for the first time tomorrow, then we will see. It has been a long time, but it is an injury that needs time.

Aaron Lennon is also doubtful for the weekend, but we have enough players.”

New Everton signing Ademola Lookman is Cup-tied and cannot feature for the Blues this weekend.
