Everton have confirmed the signing of young forward Ademola Lookman from Charlton Athletic.
The 19-year-old joins the Blues in an undisclosed deal and has signed an initial four and a half year deal at Goodison Park.
He will wear the number 31 shirt at the club and becomes the club’s first signing of what is expected to be a busy January transfer window.
It is believed that Lookman will be placed straight into the Everton first team squad for the remainder of the season.

Everton Director of Football Steve Walsh made his capture a priority, with the club keen to embark on a policy of bringing young players to Merseyside.
That was evidenced by the move for Dominic Calvert-Lewin in the summer transfer window, with the youngster already playing a role in Ronald Koeman’s squad.
Speaking about the move, Lookman said:
“I’m delighted to be an Everton player. The club has a big history and I’m also looking forward to working with the manager, who has a great reputation for developing young players.
“I can’t wait to tackle the Premier League. It was good to experience the Championship last season and also League One for the last six months, but I feel like I’m ready now.
“I want to settle in as soon as possible, it’s just a matter of time before I do.
“The manager can help me to develop all aspects of my game, but especially the tactical side of things. I’ve spoken to him and he’s told me it’s down to me. It’s about what I do, what I produce on the pitch - that is what matters.”
