The Everton fan network has proven to be great in recent months in unearthing information on news about the club’s proposed move. Twitter today unearthed a document that shows very definitively that Bramley Moore will indeed be the site of the new stadium’s construction.

You have to remember that this came off the internet and the veracity or authenticity of this document cannot be certified. In fact, this image was sent to us on Twitter and we do not claim ownership of the picture.

The document being shown here bears the letterhead of Barbour ABI, who according to their Twitter profile - “We are construction intelligence experts & lead providers for the built environment. Responsible for publishing the GCIP and New Orders estimates data for ONS.”

It continues with the title, location and description of the project -

NORTH DOCKS PROJECT - EVERTON FOOTBALL CLUB NEW STADIUM

Bramley Moore Dock, North Dock, Liverpool L3 0AP - Everton Football Club

Project ID: 12210662

Scheme:

New football stadium together with associated access, landscape and car parking. Works are also expected to include associated office, retail and hospitality facilities.

Status:

Bramley Moore Dock has been identified as the preferred development site for the new site. Further information relating to proposals are expected to be announced April 2017.

There is some additional information in the report, including a date for this report, which says 5th January 2017, the day after the club’s General Meeting.

An additional tidbit in there is the approximate value of the project, which is listed at ‘£200M (estimate)’.

Once again, without confirming the authenticity of this document it is impossible to come to the conclusion that Everton have indeed finalized the location of their new stadium at the Bramley Moore Dock,
