Andy Madley in charge for Everton against Norwich

Match officials announced for EFL Cup game

The match officials have been appointed for the EFL Cup Third Round games coming up midweek. Everton will be taking on Norwich City on Tuesday after having beaten Yeovil Town 4-0 in the previous round.

Andrew Madley will be refereeing his first Everton game in his brief career so far. The official has been taking charge at the Championship level this season, and has been widely used during the Cup competitions since 2010.

The referee, who is the elder brother of Premier League official Bobby Madley, is off to an explosive start in the Championship, handing out 22 yellow cards in five games so far.

He was also in charge for two EFL Cup games this season, Coventry City - Portsmouth FC and Crystal Palace - Blackpool FC where he gave out four yellows and no red cards.
