Everton have agreed a fee in the region of £9.5m with Lyon for winger Rachid Ghezzal, according to local Lyon paper Le Progres
The report also claims a 20% sell on clause has been agreed as part of the deal for the 24-year-old.
However, the report also states that Ghezzal wants a few days to decide his future having met with Everton officials earlier this week.
The Algeria international winger is out of contract at the end of this season so could move on a lucrative free transfer next summer.
Lyon are also keen to keep Ghezzal and have offered him fresh terms, meaning he has three options to choose from in the coming days.
West Ham and Arsenal have also been linked with Ghezzal this summer, with Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas confirming earlier this month that the Hammers had made a bid.
Everton seem to be in pole position to land Ghezzal though, with the club hoping they have done enough to persuade him to join the Ronald Koeman revolution at Goodison Park.
