Only eight teams remain at the 2016 Euros. Today, two of the teams whose big stars have seen their struggles throughout this tournament, face-off for the first spot in the semi-finals.
Poland’s main man, Robert Lewandowski, has appeared in all of the team’s games, but is yet to come up on the scoresheet. If they could get him going, the deep Polish squad may be too much for Portugal to handle.
It will be Cristiano Ronaldo who has the last say there, however. The superstar does have two goals and two assists to his name so far in Euro 2016, and was instrumental to the goal that put Portugal past Croatia in the Round of 16. But he has seemed like a one-man show this tourney; without him at his best they may struggle to break down the Polish backline.
Poland vs. Portugal
