New Everton manager Ronald Koeman will speak to the press for the first time since his appointment to the Toffees’ hot seat on Friday afternoon from Finch Farm at 1:30pm UK time.
The interview will be telecast live on the club’s YouTube channel as well as on the Facebook page for the first time.
His brother Erwin, who was his assistant at Southampton as well as trainer Jan Kluitenberg are set to be appointed as backroom staff at the Toffees. It is not clear if any other members of the coaching team will be announced as well at the time.
The £5m compensation Everton agreed to with the Saints for Koeman included the release of the two coaches as well. Erwin will remain assistant coach while Kluitenber will be appointed fitness coach.
While Koeman has spoken on Everton TV a couple of days ago, this will be his first time facing questions from the press. Fans of the Blues and other teams as well will be watching this with high anticipation to hear about Koeman’s plans for this club.
