Everton possibly losing Yarmolenko to Gunners

To heap on more bad news Arsenal has reportedly had a £23 million bid accepted.

While Everton rumors have quieted down about Andriy Yarmolenko it appeared the player was likely to still be playing for Dynamo Kiev when the window closed next week. That all is in question now as title contenders Arsenal have reportedly had a bid accepted and now face the quest to sign the reluctant player.

Yarmolenko has faced many chances to leave Ukraine and been hesitant to leave his current spot. He's a bonafide player and has a chance to shine in England, but never taken that chance. As we all remember during all the summer talk he signed a contract extension with Kiev and ended all competition for his signature.

That was viewed as a chance to increase the value he would bring to his club, but now the question remains will he take this shot at a club playing big games in England or stay with Kiev? His play in the Champions League this season has impressed against big clubs, but also means he is cup-tied and cannot play in Arsenal's game with Barcelona next month.

I don't think that will stop him, but he does have a shot to face Manchester City next month in that same tournament if he stays put. If he decides to turn down offers throughout this window it likely ends a lot of transfer talk in his future and perhaps Everton talk can move on as well.
