In what will not come as much of a surprise to many, Everton are reportedly set to make a late move to sign Aaron Lennon from Tottenham.
The 28-year-old spent the second half of last season on-loan at Goodison Park, impressing many with his industry, pace and work-rate.

His is almost certain to leave Spurs before the deadline (the fact he hasn't even been given a squad number is a fairly sizeable hint) but a price tag of £6m put Everton off earlier in the window.
Now Matt Barlow of the Daily Mail claims Everton are ready to do a deal, though Bill Kenwright and Daniel Levy are notoriously tough negotiators, meaning this deal could go right to the wire.
Barlow also suggests that interest in Lennon has been revived after missing out on Man Utd's Adnan Januzaji, who is set to join Borussia Dortmund.
If the Lennon deal does go through it will certainly boost Everton's forward options, though the supporters are hoping for another big-name arrival before Tuesday's deadline, with Roberto Martinez still searching for that elusive 'number 10'.
