Everton have confirmed their squad for the upcoming Barclay's Asia Cup, with no real surprises. Leighton Baines, who missed the end of the last season after having surgery on his ankle, is still out of the squad and is recuperating. The left back is not expected to miss any of the regular season. Also missing from the side traveling to Singapore are Bryan Oviedo and Darron Gibson, who also had season-ending surgery. Steven Pienaar will be making a welcome return to the squad though.
Winger Aiden McGeady, who has been subject to transfer speculation this week from Celtic and Sunderland, is included in the squad, as is Kevin Mirallas, who has been dogged by rumours of leaving the club since the January transfer window.
Goalkeepers: Joel Robles, Tim Howard, Jindrich Stanek.
