Everton to debut new 2015/16 kit

Everton have confirmed that they will wear their new 2015/16 strip against Tottenham at Goodison Park on the final day of the season on May 24.

The new kit will be unveiled and will also be available to pre-order from Thursday May 21 ahead of its official launch on June 20.

The kit will be the second under the deal with Umbro and its early introduction will be most welcome to supporters who have grown frustrated at the way kit launches have been handled in recent years.

All too often they have been brought out well into the summer and with limited availability and sizes.

Last year's was out of their hands given the contract with Nike only expired at the end of June. However, when the new Umbro kit did come out there was a shortage of socks!

Hopefully things will go a lot smoothly this time with away and third kits expected to be released later in the summer.
