After a rough October, Roberto Martinez and his Everton boys bounced back in style in November. The Blues were in free-scoring form, especially against relegation fodder. The defence however left much to be desired and resulted in some dropped points.

The Blues played through a brutal first ten games, and are well into the next nine games where they were supposed to be getting up to 20 points. So far, they have 8 points from four games, with Crystal Palace, Leicester City and Stoke City (at home), Norwich City and Newcastle United (away) to come before the end of the year. This year's Premier League appears to be wide open, and the Toffees desperately need to find some consistency and go on a streak if they are looking to find a European spot this season.
So how do you think Roberto did this last month? Feel free to consider his tactics, team selection, in-game adjustments and any other criterion where he has been involved. Further, also take into consideration how he has been involving the youth squad players in the Capital One Cup games and in the Premier League matchday squads.
