This week was a big one for one Everton youngster, as he was handed the chance to train with the England senior squad.
With the squad lacking some players for Wednesday's training session, manager Roy Hodgson turned to 17-year-old Tom Davies to make up the numbers.
The youngster took the unlikely opportunity with both hands and he impressed, showing the qualities that the Everton youth set up will be more than aware of by now.
The chance to train with England's established stars wasn't the only shock of the day for the Toffee's Under 21 star though, with England captain Wayne Rooney giving him a motivational pep talk.
The Manchester United forward was not involved in the day's training session as he recovers from an ankle injury that will see him miss both of his country's games in the international break.
That didn't stop him doing his captain's duty though, as he offered the midfielder some words of wisdom and encouragement before he took on the likes of fellow Blues Phil Jagielka and Ross Barkley.
The chat from Rooney though, is sure to be up there in his top moments, with the rest of the England Under 17 squad sure to be casting jealous glances his way from now on.
