Tom Cleverley, Steven Pienaar and Bryan Oviedo are continuing their comebacks from injury for Everton U21s against Shcalke at Goodison Park.
Cleverley has been sidelined since the goalless draw with Tottenham in August with an ankle injury suffered during the first half at White Hart Lane.
Oviedo also hasn't featured since the same game as he continues to pick up a number of niggling injuries that still stem from his broken leg suffered in January 2014.
Pienaar hasn't been seen in an Everton shirt since pre-season thanks to a reoccurence of a hamstring injury. The South African only made 11 appearances across the whole of last season due to injury with serious question marks now emerging over his long-term fitness.
Should all three players come through Monday's game unscathed it would be a timely boost for Roberto Martinez and provide some valuable competition for places.
Goalkeeper Joel Robles and defender Tyais Browning are also starting the game at Goodison, which is Everton U21s' second in this season's Premier League International Cup after a 4-1 win against Tottenham in August.
