Thanks to some curious scheduling by the TV broadcasters Everton's FA Cup third round tie at home to West Ham has been shunted from the weekend to this Tuesday.
It means both Everton and the Hammers will be included in Monday's FA Cup fourth round draw, even though they are yet to play!
This could be a good or a bad thing. If, say, we draw someone ridiculous like Chelsea or Manchester City away, the appetite for beating West Ham (even though the team look unlikely to beat West U13's at the moment let alone the senior side) may diminish.
A kind draw at home to a lower ranked side however may get some supporters dreaming of a extended cup run (stop laughing at the back).
That said, given the team's horrendous form over Christmas any sort of result will give us something to cling to. A goal would be nice too, and players playing in their correct positions.....
Anyway, here the details of how to catch tonight's draw:
Time: 7:35 p.m. UK time, 2:35 p.m. on the East Coast and 11:35 a.m. on the West Coast.
Where can I watch: For UK viewers the draw is live on BBC One from Kingsmeadow, home of AFC Wimbledon, prior to their third round tie against Liverpool. For everyone else the draw can be followed via the FA's Twitter account and the BBC sport website. We will also bring you news of the draw both on the website and our Twitter account.
When is the fourth round? Ties are to be played the weekend of the 24th and 25 January. Though if the third round is anything to go by, the 26th and 27th too.
What numbers should we look out for? Everton are West Ham are number 25, some other key numbers are below:
1. Arsenal
6. AFC Wimbledon or Liverpool
7. Manchester City
27. Chelsea
