Having crashed out of the FA Cup, and with nearly two weeks on his hands before the next fixture, manager Roberto Martinez took his Everton team to Qatar for a midseason camp. The gaffer will hope that the warm-weather camp can boost his Blues, who face a Crystal Palace side that have already defeated Everton at Goodison Park this season, and are now headed by former Newcastle man Alan Pardew.
