Lately, there seem to be more transfer rumors calling for players to leave Everton as opposed to joining them. But today there was a transfer rumor that I believe is right in Everton's wheelhouse and has the potential to benefit the team in the future.
French website L'Equipe have linked Everton with Angelo Fulgini, a 19-year old right back playing for Valenciennes in France's Ligue 2. The reported asking price is €500,000, which would be a great price to pay for a player regarded and one of France's up and coming talents.
Now I would be remiss if I didn't mention that there is not a treasure trove of information on Ligue 2 and France U-19 players available, even on the internet. But from what is available, there seems to be a very positive buzz about Fulgini and he is regarded and a player that could be very talented in the future. He is by no means the team's starting right back in 2015/16, but he could be a useful piece in a few years.
