Muhamed Besic started and played 67 minutes in Bosnia and Herzegovina's 3-0 win against Liechtenstein.
Besic made his Premier League debut last Saturday against Chelsea, one he would like to forget as quickly as possible. The 21-year-old entered the contest in the 89th minute, attempted a back-heel pass that was quickly intercepted, which resulted in a Diego Costa goal.
Though today's was just a friendly match, it was an encouraging sign for Everton fans that Besic was able to play the majority of the game, and play well.
Vedad Ibisevic scored a brace, including a first-minute goal, while Manchester City's Edin Dzeko also put his name on the score sheet for Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Bosnia and Herzegovina head to Cyprus next to begin their Euro 2016 qualifying campaign.
Besic will likely not be the only Blue to see playing time on Thursday -- Kevin Mirallas and Belgium take on ex-Everton goalscorer Tim Cahill and Australia later tonight.
